If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
Please email help@almondwind.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll either send replacement parts or arrange a full replacement at no additional cost.
If you choose to return the item instead of accepting replacement parts, it will be processed as a standard return under our return policy.
We recommend inspecting your delivery promptly to ensure any transit damage can be addressed quickly.

We may request photos to confirm condition. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and coordinate pickup where applicable.

If you decide Almond Wind isn’t the right fit for your space, we’re here to make the process seamless.
• Complimentary white-glove pickup is available for eligible returns.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
To maintain product quality and minimize transit damage, items must be returned in their original packaging.
Because of the size and freight handling required for upholstered furniture, a return shipping fee will apply:
• 10% of the purchase price when returned in original packaging
• 20% of the purchase price if alternate packaging is used
Refunds are typically processed within 72 hours after inspection.

All Almond Wind modular sofas are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on construction, including the frame, wood components, springs, and hardware.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on cushions or upholstery.
If you experience a manufacturing defect, contact help@almondwind.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll assist with replacement parts or repairs as appropriate.
Original proof of purchase is required. Items purchased secondhand are not eligible for warranty coverage.
